Orange Eye Black Pinto Caridina Shrimp feature bold black-and-white Pinto patterning paired with a vivid orange-eye trait. The placement, shape, and coverage of the black markings naturally differ from shrimp to shrimp.
Why this line is special: Orange Eye Caridina that also express white pigmentation are extremely rare and are a recent development credited to Markus Schultz, a well-known German breeder. Lines such as Red Devil, Black Devil, and Purple Metallic may also express orange eyes, but they typically lack white pigmentation, so their coloration generally remains transparent or a single solid color rather than displaying white-patterned coverage.
Selection is based on overall health and representative appearance of the line. Pattern symmetry, white coverage, black intensity, and marking placement will vary between individuals.
